From our experience, a total of 20-30 minutes are all that is needed for a home visit with 1-4 children. The goal is to have Santa leave on a high note, not when it's gotten boring. Each child averages 1-2 minutes of one to one "chair time". The rest of the time will be filled with greeting, an activity, and a hearty departure, as Bernard or Mrs Claus has need of him.

If you're looking for an extended visit with Santa, we can certainly accommodate that during the booking process. Each visit will last about 20 minutes with Santa, and he is happy to spend up to an additional 10 minutes at no extra cost to ensure a magical experience. However, if you desire more than 30 minutes, we can discuss the additional charges at the time of booking. Our goal is to make your time with Santa as special as possible, so feel free to inquire about options to customize your visit!

Can my friend or family member bring their kids too?

Getting the family together can be a wonderful way to share costs, but if there are too many kids, the experience can feel rushed, particularly when it comes to one on one with Santa. When you have more than four children, we highly recommend upgrading to one of our family gathering visits. This option provides a more relaxed atmosphere, allowing everyone to enjoy their time together without the pressure of fitting everyone in quickly. By opting for this upgrade, you ensure that each family member, especially the little ones, has the time and space they need to enjoy the gathering to its fullest. So, make the most of your family time and choose a visit that accommodates everyone comfortably!

Our event is outside, what happens if there is bad weather?

What geographical areas do you serve and is there a cost for travel?

Rescheduling appointments during the holiday season can be quite challenging. As Christmas Day approaches, the availability of slots becomes increasingly limited, making it difficult to secure a new time that fits your needs. When attempting to reschedule, being flexible with your time can increase your chances of finding an available appointment.

What is the policy for rescheduling an event?

In the event of bad weather, it is crucial for the client to secure a suitable alternative venue for the event. This alternate location should be within a five-minute drive from the original site, taking into account typical traffic conditions. Due to the nature of Santa's outfit materials, we regret to inform you that outdoor performances cannot be conducted in inclement weather. This restriction applies to temperatures exceeding 85 degrees as well as any rain. Ensuring a proper venue is vital for the comfort and enjoyment of all attendees, so we appreciate your cooperation in making these arrangements.

Are you able to accommodate guests with Special needs?

Interacting with children with special needs is a rewarding experience that demands a tailored approach filled with empathy and patience. Santa Brian is dedicated to ensuring that every child feels included and valued during their visit. He collaborates closely with parents and guardians to understand each child's unique needs, recognizing that every individual may react in different ways. To make the experience as enjoyable as possible, parents are encouraged to share any specific accommodations that could enhance the visit, whether that means adjusting greetings, avoiding certain sounds like sleigh bells, or addressing other sensitivities. By fostering an open dialogue, we aim to create a magical experience for every child, bringing joy and warmth to the holiday season.

Can Santa bring gifts?

What if a child is afraid or hesitant to interact with Santa?

The characters engage with guests through friendly conversation, storytelling, and interactive activities, ensuring everyone feels included and has a magical experience.

How do the characters interact with guests?

At our center, the emotional well-being of children is our top priority. We understand that each child is unique, and Santa Brian is committed to adapting his approach to match their comfort levels. Our goal is to foster lasting connections built on trust and confidence, recognizing that a negative experience with Santa can have long-lasting effects. To ensure a positive experience, we encourage parents to allow their children to engage with Santa in a way that feels right for them. Whether a child wishes to stand beside Santa or sit in front of him for photos, or if they just wish to hand Santa a letter, their comfort is paramount. We ask parents not to pressure their little ones into approaching Santa for pictures, as our aim is to create a joyful and memorable experience for all.

In preparation for the upcoming event, we would like to offer the option of distributing gifts on your behalf. You can choose to have the presents readily available near the seating area or, for a more playful touch, have them cleverly hidden outside for Santa to sneak into his sack. To ensure a smooth experience and to coordinate the logistics, please arrange these details with us in advance. This way, we can create a delightful surprise that adds to the festive atmosphere.
Your thoughtful planning will help us make this occasion memorable for all involved.

How long does a home visit last?

When planning a home visit from Santa Claus, timing is crucial for creating that magical experience. Ideally, the visit should strike a balance— it must last long enough to be joyful, but not so lengthy that Santa feels overly familiar. With some children this can be 20 minutes and others longer. It's essential to communicate with your professional Santa about the number of attendees and the activities you'd like to incorporate. Whether you choose storytelling, gift-giving, or holiday songs, a well-planned visit can transform an ordinary day into a cherished memory for all involved. By sharing your expectations and providing us with insights about yourself and your children, we can tailor the visit to create an unforgettable experience that embodies the essence of the season. Our goal is to craft a unique encounter that resonates with your family's traditions and values, ensuring that everyone—from the youngest to the oldest—leaves with cherished memories and bright smiles.
